Step 1 – 30% Mandelic & Citric Acid Peel

Is it suitable for all skin tones?
Yes, Dermapen 4™ microneedling and NeoStrata peels are safe for all skin tones, including darker complexions, as they do not cause post-inflammatory pigmentation when performed correctly.
Is aftercare included?
Yes! Your treatment includes a full-size Active Ceuticals HOCL Anti-Bacterial & Anti-Inflammatory Spray, along with sample-sized medical-grade concealer and post-procedure cream to support healing and recovery.
What is the downtime?
- Minimal downtime is required. While redness, mild swelling, and sensitivity can occur for up to 48 hours, most patients resume normal activities the following day with proper skincare and sun protection.
- Redness typically lasts between 12 to 48 hours, depending on your skin’s sensitivity. Most patients experience mild redness similar to a sunburn immediately after treatment, which gradually subsides.
- Visible redness can be easily covered with our medical-grade concealer, which is applied immediately after your treatment. You will also receive post-treatment products to further soothe and conceal any redness.
Can I exercise after treatment?
It’s best to avoid exercise, saunas, and excessive sweating for at least 24 to 48 hours after your treatment. Increased heat and perspiration can irritate the skin and may lead to unwanted reactions, such as prolonged redness or sensitivity.
Who is not suitable for this treatment?
This treatment is not suitable for individuals who:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have active skin infections, open wounds, or uncontrolled acne
- Have a history of keloid scarring
- Are using blood-thinning medications or certain acne treatments (such as oral isotretinoin)
