Unfortunately, not all skincare ingredients and treatments are considered safe during either pregnancy or breastfeeding, and some of these ingredients may potentially cause birth defects or harm the baby. As both a mom and a skincare therapist, I deeply understand these concerns. However, there is a lot we can still do to maintain a beautiful and healthy skin.
