After booking a consultation, our Patient Coordinators will provide you with all the necessary details, including directions, a map, a photo of our building, and a Google location link for easy navigation. You will also receive a digital medical history questionnaire to complete conveniently from your home using either your smartphone, iPad, or laptop.

Day Of Your Consultation: Upon arrival, our aesthetic therapist will begin a detailed discussion with you to determine your skin type, tone, condition, and understand your primary and secondary skin concerns.
Your Homework
- Provide a list of your current skincare products and send clear photos of their front and back.
- Send clear photos of your makeup products, if applicable.
- Prepare a list your primary and secondary skin concerns you would like for us to address.
- Prepare a list of past skincare treatments, noting any skin reactions or unsatisfactory outcomes, as well as treatments that provided satisfactory results.
- Prepare a list of medication you’re currently using or thinking of incorporating, such as contraceptives.
- Identify lifestyle factors, such as smoking, a diet high in processed food, or elevated stress levels, that might impact your skin’s health.
Budget for Success
We kindly request that you prepare a budget for your skincare needs and bring it to the consultation. This will enable us to work together collaboratively and find the optimal solution for you. Skin Assessment: Following this, we will cleanse your skin so that we can assess it in its purest form. Now that we have a clear canvas of your skin, we utilise UV-light imaging to detect any signs of underlying hyperpigmentation, and more specifically to determine whether you have dermal or epidermal hyperpigmentation. We will also take clinical images to use for further analysis as well as to track your progress in future.
Skin Reaction Test: We then perform a 5-minute facial, administering cathepzyme to your skin – a mild form of exfoliation. This method provides us with invaluable insights into your skin’s current status, sensitivity, barrier and skin health or potential dysfunction as well as its responsiveness. After your treatment, we will apply a moisturizer and Heliocare SPF – so that your skin is nourished and protected as you continue with your day.
Plan Development: The development phase of your bespoke treatment plan considers your specific concerns, our clinical notes taken during your consultation, review of your clinical images, and your medical history. Each facet of this plan is assessed by one of our medical doctors, who have extensive expertise in aesthetic and anti-ageing medicine, to further ensure alignment to your unique skin and overall well-being.
Presentation: Your bespoke and professionally developed treatment plan will be delivered via email. To ensure you’re completely familiar with it, we’ll schedule a call or preferentially an in-person follow-up to guide you through the plan. We’ll explain the logic behind each specially selected product, the science behind and ingredients included in each item and their benefits. During this presentation, we’ll also take into account your feedback and adjust the plan if needed. We will make sure you fully understand the correct usage, timing, and frequency for each product.

Initial Adjustment Review: One week after you have started using your new medical-grade products, we’ll give you a call to ensure that your skin is adjusting properly to the active ingredients that you are now incorporating into your skincare routine, and also to confirm that you’re not encountering any adverse reactions.
Scheduled Reviews: Every three months, we’ll perform a review via a questionnaire and organise a follow-up consultation. Our goal is to ensure your skincare products are working as planned and, based on your feedback, we may suggest changes or propose alternatives refining it to your experience with each product.
Seasonal and Travel Adjustments: During our quarterly follow ups, we’ll provide advice for the upcoming months, adjusting it according to seasonal changes or if you’re travelling, ensuring it’s adjusted to the environment you’ll be exposed to whilst away.
