Validity: All purchases made during 2026 must be used before 30 June 2027. Any unused treatments or vouchers after the expiry date will be forfeited and will not qualify for refunds or credits.

Payment Options: Payments can be made securely online using available payment methods, including debit card, credit card, and EFT.
Payment Confirmation: Once payment has been successfully processed, the amount will be added to your account and deducted from the total cost on the day of your appointment. A receipt confirming the transaction will be issued, and funds will reflect immediately.
