Validity: All purchases made during 2026 must be used before 30 June 2027. All treatments, packages, and vouchers must be used or redeemed within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Any unused treatments or vouchers after the expiry date will be forfeited and will not qualify for refunds or credits.

Existing patients who have received a consultation or treatment within the past 12 months may contact our office for suitability confirmation. New patients are encouraged to contact our admin team for guidance prior to purchasing.
Flexibility: All treatments, packages, courses, and vouchers purchased via our online shop may be used at a date and time that suits you, subject to availability. Once purchased, appointments may be booked immediately or at any later stage within the validity period.
Payment Options: Payments can be made securely online using available payment methods, including debit card, credit card, and EFT.
Payment Confirmation: Once payment has been successfully processed, the amount will be added to your account and deducted from the total cost on the day of your appointment. A receipt confirming the transaction will be issued, and funds will reflect immediately.
Following the purchase of a treatment, package, course, or voucher, appointments can be scheduled via our online booking system or by contacting our admin team by landline, WhatsApp, or email. Once purchased, you may book immediately or at any time that suits you, subject to availability. All treatments and packages are available while stock lasts or in limited quantities.
