This safe and convenient payment method offers multiple payment options, including debit card, credit card, and EFT. Once your payment is completed, it will reflect immediately, and you’ll receive a receipt confirming the transaction. Our admin team will promptly apply the deposit to your account and confirm your appointment. Please ensure the payment is made within 24 hours to secure your booking.
By securing a deposit, we can honor the time of our doctors and patients while ensuring your time slot is reserved just for you. Once your deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed, and the deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment. To secure your booking, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours of requesting an appointment. If we haven’t received your deposit within this time, we will follow up with a courtesy call. However, if the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Please note that no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee, equivalent to the deposit amount. Thank you for your understanding!
