Our Professional Facial Treatments

Dermaplaning is a safe and effective a professional exfoliation facial using a sterile surgical scalpel to remove the top layer of skin, dead skin cells, and fine vellus hair. By stimulating new cell development, it reveals fresher, smoother skin with a radiant and youthful glow.

QMS Collagen Reset Facial is a luxurious facial treatment designed to reclaim, retrain, and reform the skin. It targets the root causes of imbalance, deeply hydrates, and nourishes delicate skin, leaving it revitalised and radiant in just 60 minutes.

Microdermabrasion is a gentle, non-invasive exfoliating facial treatment that removes dead skin cells from the skin’s surface using fine crystals or a diamond-tipped device. This process helps to refine texture, minimise pores, and improve the absorption of skincare products. The result is smoother, softer, and more radiant skin with no downtime, making it suitable for all skin types.

SkinCeuticals Facial includes a Dermaplaning treatment combined with a customised SkinCeuticals chemical peel. This is followed by a soothing Phyto Corrective Masque and LED Light Therapy, leaving the skin calm, hydrated, and glowing.

Chemical Peels are professional resurfacing treatments that safely exfoliate and renew the skin for improved texture, tone, and radiance. We offer a selection of medical-grade peels from Mesoestetic, DermExcel, NeoStrata ProSystem, Retimax, SkinCeuticals, and DP Dermaceuticals, each customised to target specific concerns such as pigmentation, acne, fine lines, and dullness.

Dermapen 4™ Microneedling creates precise micro-injuries to stimulate collagen and elastin production, improving texture, firmness, and scars. Each treatment includes medical-grade numbing, a tailored DermapenWorld serum, a Phyto Corrective Masque, and LED Light Therapy for optimal recovery and radiant results.

Dermapen 4™ & Peel is an advanced anti-ageing treatment combining Dermapen 4™ microneedling with NeoStrata’s two-step peel system for powerful rejuvenation. It includes NeoStrata’s 30% Mandelic & Citric Acid Peel and 20% Glycolic Acid Peel, followed by Dermapen 4™, a SkinCeuticals Phyto Corrective Masque, and LED Light Therapy for smoother, firmer, more radiant skin.

NanoFractional Skin Resurfacing by Venus Versa™ uses advanced radio frequency technology to improve texture, tone, and firmness by creating controlled micro-dermal wounds that trigger natural collagen production. It effectively treats scars, fine lines, pores, and pigmentation, revealing smoother and more even skin.

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) by Venus Versa™ targets pigmentation, sun damage, and broken capillaries using precise pulses of broad-spectrum light. The treatment promotes a more even complexion, reduces redness, and enhances overall skin clarity with minimal downtime.

Diamond Polar MP² by Venus Versa™ is a non-invasive skin-tightening treatment that combines multi-polar radio frequency and pulsed electromagnetic fields to stimulate collagen and elastin. It effectively lifts, firms, and contours the face, restoring youthful definition and radiance. 

7 days before your treatment:

  • Apply SPF daily, even if you stay indoors.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning.
  • Do not use facial scrubs or exfoliators.
  • Stop using the following products: Retinols (Retinoic Acid, Retin-A, Retinol, Retinoic Acetate), Alpha Hydroxy Acids (Glycolic or Lactic Acid), and Salicylic Acid.
  • Avoid facial waxing for at least two weeks before your treatment.
  • If your skin is dry, flaky, or prone to sensitivity (such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, or a stinging reaction to products), please book a consultation first so we can guide you on how to prepare your skin barrier for better tolerance.
  • If you are prone to cold sores or herpes infections, please let us know, as you may need to take an oral antiviral medication for two days before your procedure to prevent a breakout.

5–7 Days Following Your Treatment: 

Morning Routine:

  • Cleanse with a gentle cleanser and apply HOCL-Spray. 
  • Apply a barrier cream.
  • Apply sunscreen (we recommend any Heliocare or Heliocare 360° sunscreen).
  • Apply your make-up if desired.


Evening Routine:

  • Cleanse with a gentle cleanser and apply HOCL-Spray. 
  • Apply a barrier cream.
  • The barrier cream will replace your usual moisturiser after your procedure. You can apply it as often as needed to keep your skin comfortable and hydrated.


Additional: 

  • You may start to peel or flake from the 2nd or 3rd day after treatment, depending on the treatment.
  • If peeling occurs, do not pick or pull at the skin, as this can lead to scarring.
  • If you are prone to acne, a mild breakout may occur around day 2 or 3 — this is normal and will resolve on its own.
  • Avoid using topical exfoliants such as Salicylic Acid, Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA), or Retinoic Acid (Retin-A, Retinol, Retinoic Acetate) for one week after your peel.
  • Avoid sun exposure for at least two weeks and reapply sunscreen regularly.
  • Refrain from exercising for 48 hours.
  • Avoid all forms of hair removal (waxing, threading, laser, or IPL) for two weeks.
  • Do not use steam rooms, saunas, or take hot showers for 48 hours after treatment.
  • Some patients notice visible improvement after one session; however, multiple sessions and consistent use of recommended skincare products may be required for optimal results.

Here are a few of the most common questions and answers regarding the use of our professional Facial treatments. If you have any other questions or would like personalised guidance, please book a consultation with one of our aesthetic therapists.

We recommend starting with a professional skin consultation. One of our aesthetic therapists will assess your skin type, concerns, and goals to create a customised treatment plan tailored to you. All treatment plans are approved by one of our medical doctors to ensure optimal safety and results.

Our treatments are carefully selected for safety and effectiveness across different skin types. During your consultation, we’ll determine which options are most suitable for your skin’s needs and sensitivity levels. For example, IPL cannot be performed on patients with melasma or those prone to hyperpigmentation, as it may worsen pigmentation concerns.

For optimal skin health, we recommend a professional facial every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your personalised skincare plan. Most patients have around 6 professional skin rejuvenation treatments with us per year to maintain a healthy, radiant complexion.

Downtime varies by treatment. Gentle, yet professional, facials such as Dermaplaning and QMS Collagen Reset have no downtime, while advanced options like Dermapen Microneedling or NanoFractional Skin Resurfacing may cause mild redness for 1–3 days

For most professional facials, we recommend avoiding makeup for at least 24 hours to allow the skin to breathe and fully benefit from the treatment. Your therapist will guide you on post-treatment care specific to your facial.

We offer pregnancy- and breastfeeding-safe treatments, including professional facials by QMS, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, and LED Light Therapy. We also offer advanced and effective skincare suitable during these times to help maintain your skin at its most optimal level.

Yes. You can earn loyalty points on every facial or product purchase and redeem them towards future treatments or skincare (in-clinic or online via our store, Skin Spot). We also offer package deals on selected treatments for long-term savings.

Yes. After each facial treatment, we will provide you with the correct aftercare products at no additional charge. This usually includes Barrier Repair Cream, HOCL Spray (an anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory solution that supports healing and protects the skin after treatment), DP Dermaceuticals Tinted SPF, and Mesoestetic Fast Skin Repair. We will also send you detailed aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing, optimal results, and long-term skin health.
